    2009开山之作——长寿秘笈(摘抄整理)

          谨以此文献给追求健康生活、能够在50年后依然能跑过来找我打球的同仁们!摘抄自国家地理频道《蓝色地带》一书。
          1、饮食清淡,以植物为主,偶尔吃肉,青菜、红薯、豆腐都是高营养低热量的食品,吃黄豆做成的食品,豆腐中的类黄酮可以保护心脏,发酵黄豆对肠道生态平衡有好处
         2、将家庭放在第一位
         3、喝山羊奶
         4、散步——每天步行8公里以上,心血管的健康将如期而至
        5、每天喝一杯或两杯红酒
        6、和朋友们一起笑,维持良好的人际关系:广泛的社会关系网,常常宾朋满座、有人嘘寒问暖,他们压力更小,生活目标非常明确
        7、享受阳光
        8、保持活力,坚持进行规律、适当的锻炼
        9、有积极的态度
       10、结合四种锻炼方式可以使你保持身体强壮和内部平衡。耐久力:散步、登山、游泳和自行车这类活动能促使心血管系统的健康;力量:举重可以塑造和保持肌肉;柔韧性:伸展运动可以增强我们身体的柔韧性和可塑性;平衡:可以通过瑜伽这一类运动训练平衡能力防止你摔倒
       11、保持一个健康的体重指数
       12、吃坚果:每周吃5次坚果的人心脏病发病率低了一半
       13、大量喝水:一天至少5-6杯水
       14、吃好早饭,少吃晚饭
       15、坚持努力工作
       16、学一些东西:学习乐器或一门外语,能有效的使我们保持思维敏锐的事
